Teacher Qualifications
All teachers and tutors must hold a recognised teaching qualification or relevant subject-specific degree. Educators are expected to comply with professional and regulatory requirements applicable in their country of practice, including but not limited to:
United States: State-approved teaching certification or a recognised education degree.
United Kingdom: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
South Africa: Registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) and a recognised teaching qualification.
Zimbabwe: Registration with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education or an approved teaching qualification.
In addition, all educators must demonstrate proven teaching experience, strong subject expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality online instruction in line with academic standards and platform guidelines.
Professional Standards & Compliance
All educators are expected to uphold high professional and ethical standards. This includes adherence to platform policies, safeguarding and child protection principles, academic integrity, and respectful online conduct. Teachers must comply with local and international education regulations and participate in verification and quality assurance processes.
